I have always been impressed with Dr. Shackleton - his expertise and care. I also want to recognize the wonderful front desk team - Janice and Katherine. I had a TMJ problem and went into the office to book an appointment. Both Janice and Katherine took time to listen, offer suggestions like helping me order a gel face wrap, and genuinely helped me. They were sympathetic and reassuring at a time when I was uncomfortable and worried.Thanks for your excellent care and service.

I really appreciate Dr. Shackleton and his team. They were very communicative, text me with cancellations to try and bump my appointment forward and even squeezed me in for a consultation for a day when I started to feel pain with very little notice. I was even booked for an appointment that ran outside business hours to try and resolve my issue which is above and beyond what any specialist has done for me before. Absolutely would recommend this clinic for anyone

I was referred to this office by my dentist. Have to say it's the best root canal I have ever had and I have had numerous. Dr Dhackleton is very knowledgeable and kind. I went in for a retreat of a previous root canal that got infected. I was on the verge of possibly losing my tooth. I'm so glad I went here. The procedure is nothing like what I have had in the past . Never even had pain when I left and my tooth felt amazing. Luckily he was able to save my tooth. I have another tooth that needs a retreat and I won't go anywhere else but here. I highly recommend this office.

I sincerely had excruciating pain and discomfort caused by my TMJ condition in the past few years, at that time I was referred to an TMJ specialist by my dentist (whom I trust 100%, because the Dentist is one of my good friends).After a year and a half, I finally decided to go with another TMJ specialist who was referred to me with very high recommendations by the ER medical surgeons when they un-dislocated my locked jaw in the hospital caused by my TMJ condition that had worsened (concurrently at same the time I was going to my first TMJ specialist’s appointments)Anyway…,Long story short…Ever since I’ve been attending (TS Oral Health’s) clinic, my pains, discomfort, and more have decreased significantly by at least 80-90%, on my personal level of pain threshold, and continuing to improve more with every day that passes!So I gratefully thank you everyone at (TS Oral Health), for all of their amazing efforts and always top notch professionalism!So…, I sincerely, genuinely, and authentically highly recommend (TS Oral Health) for everyone!Thank you…Ty.

Although the initial wait time to get an appointment is a long one (10-11 months for me), I cannot say enough good things about Dr Shackleton and team. For 15+ years I've had chronic ear ache with a consistent "diagnosis" and explanation of TMJ disorder with no off of help other than pain killers. Honestly I was expecting the same from Dr Shackleton after all these years.To my surprise he suggested an injection into on of the muscles in my jaw which I was able to get done quickly though my job, and even after only 6 days I'm a completely different person! I'm amazed his knowledge and ecstatic that his suggestion has helped so much!

I have seen Dr Shackleton twice now for chronic jaw pain, and cannot say enough good things. He has great chair-side manner, explains things thoroughly and is punctual. Each time I have seen him, he has presented me with multiple treatment options, starting with the least invasive, and then makes recommendations based on what’s going on that day.I appreciate Dr Shackleton’s friendliness (especially on an otherwise bad day) , attentiveness and knowledgeability.

I’ve had quite a lot of dental work done, Dr Shakelton was great! As gentle as he could’ve been and my jaw wasn’t as sore from freezing after seeing him as it was with others.
